Gabrielle Fack is Professor of Economics at the University Paris-Dauphine and research affiliate at PSE
(Paris School of Economics), IPP (Institut des politiques publiques), CEPR (Center for Economic Policy
Research) and CESifo. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Paris School of Economics. Before joining
University Paris-Dauphine, she was a post-doctoral Fellow at Harvard University, Assistant Professor at
University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) and Lecturer at Paris 1-Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Her research focuses on Public Economics, with a special interest for policies aimed at reducing inequalities
in access to Education and Housing. She also worked on philanthropy and the tax incentives for charitable
